- MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To implement all the CAS’ marketing strategies and to create compelling visual assets and designs for marketing initiatives while developing content that enhances brand awareness, engages the target audience, and drives customer acquisition and retention. To drive the Business Development Unit activities, Source clients for trainings and consultancies as well as to manage logistics for trainings and consultancies. |
- MAIN DUTIES
3.1 Marketing And Advertising 3.1.1 Work with Heads of Departments to conceptualise and design marketing collateral for campaigns, promotions and events; 3.1.2 Opitimise designs for different platforms and devices to ensure a seamless user experience; 3.1.3 In consultation with HoDs, develop a marketing budget for approval; 3.1.4 Develop a periodical marketing plan for approval; 3.1.5 Identify and evaluate the market needs; 3.1.6 To provide general administrative support to the marketing area, including maintaining, reviewing and developing systems and records; 3.1.7 To assist in the development of advertisements and marketing campaigns, creating targeted materials and monitoring success; 3.1.8 Prepare and deliver promotional presentations on behalf of CAS and coordinate all promotional events; 3.1.9 Promote all the services and products offered by CAS; 3.1.10 Employ marketing analytical techniques to gather important data; 3.1.11 Responsible for managing CAS brand to ensure consistency in the use of corporate colours; 3.1.12 Assist in creating and editing multimedia content, such as videos, animations, to support digital marketing initiatives; 3.1.13 Ensure all visual content is optimised for search engine optimisation and adheres to copyright and licensing regulations.
3.2 Third Stream Income (TSI) 3.2.1 Develop a trainings schedule and market accordingly; 3.2.2 Actively sell/ market CAS’ BDU offerings to Corporates in and out of the Country; 3.2.3 Develop proposals to Management on trainings that can be offered after analysing the market needs; 3.2.4 Assist in writing business plans including final budget delivery plans allied to third stream income generation; 3.2.5 Compile documents for all tender submissions for trainings and consultancies; 3.2.6 Maintain a database of course facilitators; 3.2.7 Coordinate all logistics relating to training and consultancy services and other TSIs; 3.2.8 Compile reports to clients upon completion of trainings and consultancies; 3.2.9 Compile periodical reports to Management on the performance of the Unit; 3.2.10 Follow up on TSI owing in collaboration with Finance.
3.3 Strategic Partnering
3.3.1 Liaise and network with a range of stakeholders including customers Colleagues and partner organisations;
3.3.2 Assist the Department in development of business proposals;
3.3.3 Communicate with the target market and manage client relationships;
3.3.4 Attend events such as career expos and exhibition to increase CAS’ visibility; 3.3.5 Secure and source sponsorships for CAS’ marketing events;
3.3.6 To assist in the identification of potential strategic alliance partners;
3.3.7 Maintenance of the strategic engagement plan.
3.4 Website Design, development and Maintenance
3.4.1 Work with web developers to create a visually appealing and user friendly website and layout; 3.4.2 Compose and post online content on CAS’ website and social media accounts; 3.4.3 Generally maintain the website and post updates regularly. 3.4.4 Serve as the primary contact for the online resources.
3.5 Graphic Design
3.5.1 Create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, website banners, emails templates, infographics and display ads; 3.5.2 Develop brand identity elements such as logos, icons, and maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms; 3.5.3 Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and the reflect CAS messaging.

- QUALIFICATIONS , EXPERIENCE AND DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES
Minimum Qualifications, experience and desirable attributes
Essential Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management/ Digital Marketing/Graphic design/Digital Design/Visual communication or equivalent with at least 2 years’ working experience Or Diploma in Marketing Management/Digital Marketing/Graphic Design/Digital Design/Visual Communication with at least 7 working years’ experience.
