SECURITY SERVICES

  1. INVITATION TO TENDER FOR SECURITY SERVICESThe Centre for Accounting Studies invites proposals from locally registered suppliers for the provision of Security Services to the Institution at its main Campus and Satellite Office, both in Maseru, Lesotho. The successful bidder will provide Security Services on a 24-hour basis, seven (7) days a week, including weekends and public holidays at both its Main Campus and the Satellite Office.

    Compulsory site visit:          Friday, 7th August 2026 @ 14:30hrs

    Site Visit starting point:       CAS main Campus, 46 Bowker Road, Old Europa

    Closing Date:                        Friday, 28th August 2026 @11:00 hrs

    Submission Methods:         Plain, sealed hard copy bids only (No Electronic submissions)

    Technical Proposal must be separated from the Financial

    Proposal.

    1. Bidders are advised to inspect and examine the site and its surroundings and satisfy themselves before submitting the tenders in order to obtain all necessary information to submit their tender.

     

    1. Payment may be made via Mpesa, Ecocash, POS or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No cash shall be accepted.

     

    1. Bidders should submit 1 original and 5 copies of their bids.
