EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR INCLUSION IN CAS SUPPLIER DATABASE
The Centre for Accounting Studies invites locally registered, reputable and ethical companies to submit profiles for the provision of goods and services to CAS. The purpose of this database is to give all prospective suppliers an equal opportunity to competitively do business with CAS. This invitation extends to suppliers already within the CAS Supplier Database and those that are not. On category 27 “Other” potential goods and service providers are allowed to submit profiles for those that have not been listed below.

Instructions to Suppliers:
1. The submissions should bear specific identification of a category within which a supplier falls and this should be shown on the email subject (e.g., Supplier Database 2026/2027 – 6.Catering Services).
2. If a company submits for multiple categories, they must be submitted separately in different emails with different email subject.
3. The Profiles should show Company history and ownership. They should also include Registration Documents, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate (where applicable), Brochure and any other relevant documents.
4. Interested suppliers should submit their documents in pdf format by email to CAS Procurement: [email protected].
5. The deadline for submission and registration is on/or before Friday, 31st August 2026, at 16:30 pm. No hand-delivered submissions shall be accepted.
