REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR SERVICING OF AIR CONDITIONERS
at Centre for Accounting Studies
The Centre for Accounting Studies invites proposals from locally registered suppliers
for servicing of the institution’s installed air-conditioners.
1. Closing date for Bid submissions is Friday 31st May 2024 at 11:00am
2. A comprehensive bid document shall be available at CAS Accounts Office, at a
non-refundable price of M250.00 from 6
th May to 31st May 2024. Payment may be
made via Mpesa, Ecocash, POS or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). No cash
shall be accepted.
3. The sealed tender envelopes marked “PROPOSAL FOR SERVICING OF AIR
CONDITIONERS” must be submitted on or before 31st May 2024 at 1100hours at
CAS Offices on the address given below. Late submissions will not be accepted
and incomplete submissions will be disqualified.
4. Opening of bid documents will be on 31st May 2024 at 1130hours at CAS
premises. Interested bidders are invited for the bid opening.
